We Really Like this Double Scraper by AmazonBasics! Just received this Ice Scraper by AmazonBasics. It’s made of a hard plastic and has both an ice breaker with serrated edge and a smooth scraper. What I like about it most is the handle. It’s made of a dense foam-like material stitched in rows. It’s wide and more comfortable for arthritic hands like mine and my husband’s. Compact, nice thick handle that is foam covered for grip and comfort. I got this to replace similar scraper from last year. This type with the plastic end tend to last a season or two before the edge starts to break down. I do like them better than the metal blades because I worry I will damage my windshield. This has a short easy stow handle covered tip to tail with a nice thick foam that can be used bare handed without freezing your fingers off. It is thick enough to handle well with gloves on.
